Paddle Boarding for Beginners

Nothing to be nervous about with our excellent ACA certified guides and the fun programs we run during our lessons. This two hour detailed lesson will have you learning the correct body mechanics, how to utilize different muscles, agility on the board, and what locations on the board will benefit you the most. We play fun games and incorporate some pretty interesting competitions to make it an absolutely amazing day on the water.
